Hello. By way of introduction, I've spent the last 25 years making movies with my writing partner, Jon Lucas. We love writing comedies — The Hangover, Bad Moms, Spa Weekend — stories about people making questionable decisions and somehow surviving them in an 

entertaining way (at least we find them entertaining). Bringing stories to the screen has

been a dream come true for me, but, in a surprise plot twist, I also found time to write

a novel. And, in a bigger surprise, Simon & Schuster wants to publish it.

(I keep waiting to hear there's been a mistake.) ​
