I'm very excited to announce that my first solo novel
will be published by Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, in 2027!
MAD WIDOWS follows an irreverent group of widows who start to suspect that one of their dead husbands might not be, you know . . . dead. The women are launched into solving a ‘reverse murder mystery’ to uncover if he faked his death, all while juggling jobs, unexpected romances, wondering if Goldfish crackers count as dinner,
and the small matter of not getting themselves killed.
While I did not write this novelization of the movie
(the very talented Nora McInerny did!) I did get to oversee it.
Enriching the chaotic and comedic stories of the films, the book is a send-up of modern motherhood and a celebration of moms gone (temporarily) whack.
